Well I have become a statistic. My wonderful investment of a Easter Beach Villa on Daufuskie located in Melrose has proved to be the worst decision I have ever made. I currently have had it on the market for over 2 years and have had no offers. One would think that I would receive just one offer seeing as it's currently priced at 425k but no none wants to touch Daufuskie. It is a nightmare that I will be living with for a long while and I have a close friend to thank. Thanks Russ!
